This paper takes a number of energy consumption studies and consolidates them into one study. A key issue arrises from the study with regards to HVAC consumption: The current vailable information is insufficient to not proportional to its importance, and as such if more comprehensive data was available it would allow more suitable analysis and to plan energy policies for the future.
